Job Description
Job Summary Visiting Angels is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Scheduler to coordinate client and caregiver schedules in our fast-paced homecare environment. This is a full-time position responsible for ensuring our clients receive consistent, high-quality care while maintaining a positive and supportive environment for our staff. Key Responsibilities Manage all scheduling activities for 100+ clients and 60+ caregivers. Effectively plan and coordinate weekly and daily schedules, while addressing last-minute changes, time-off requests, and emergency staffing needs. Maintain accurate records by monitoring daily care logs and client authorizations to ensure proper billing and payroll processing. Act as a primary point of contact for clients, families, and caregivers, fostering positive relationships. Collaborate with supervisors and case managers to meet staffing demands and utilize authorized hours. Perform general office duties , including reception, filing, and data entry. Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours scheduling needs.
Qualifications Required:
Minimum of one year of experience in a fast-paced office or administrative role. Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to remain calm and adaptable under pressure. Must be at least 18 years of age and eligible to work in the U.S.
Preferred:
Experience in a healthcare, homecare, or staffing environment. Associate's Degree or higher in Business, Communications, or a related field. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software.
Compensation & Benefits Pay Range:
$17
•20 per hour (+ additional on-call compensation)
Schedule:
Full-Time, Monday
•Friday, 8:00 a.m.
•4:30 p.m.
