WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Providing elite service to internal and external clients Learning investor guidelines, lending policies, and the required documentation, policy and procedures of TQL for Different Operations Departments Developing strong computer skills, including Internet knowledge Managing multiple priorities, while building rapport with Internal and External clients What What We Need for This Position Hard workers who take accountability for their actions Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude Providing Elite Service to Clients and Teammates. Above and beyond is our Standard. Confident communication skills and professionalism over the phone and face to face Proficient in technology including Microsoft Office and the ability to multi-task Ability to take feedback and be coached up with the desire to get better every day.
