We work with clients to create highly personalized wardrobes through an experience centered around craftsmanship, service, and attention to detail. We're a small business by design, which means every person on our team matters. As we've grown, we're looking for someone who can take ownership of the administrative and operational details that keep our business moving. The Position We're looking for a highly organized, dependable Client Operations Coordinator to work approximately 20 hours per week in our Carmel studio. The primary responsibility of this position is order management. Once an order is ready to be placed, you'll be responsible for accurately entering it into our ordering systems, communicating with manufacturers and representatives when questions or issues arise, and helping ensure that orders continue moving through production properly. This isn't a position where we want someone waiting to be told what to do next. We're looking for someone who enjoys organization, catches details, follows things through to completion, and takes satisfaction in knowing that nothing has been overlooked. Responsibilities Enter and process client orders accurately and promptly Learn and become proficient in our various manufacturer ordering systems Communicate with manufacturers and representatives regarding orders, questions, discrepancies, and production issues Track outstanding items and follow through until they are resolved Receive incoming garments and verify them against client orders Steam and prepare garments for fittings and delivery Help maintain an organized studio and operational workflow Assist ownership with additional administrative and studio needs as they arise Who We're Looking For You do not need previous experience in bespoke clothing or menswear. We can teach you our products and systems. What we cannot teach as easily is an instinct for organization and follow-through. The right person is dependable, comfortable learning new technology and systems, professional in both communication and presentation, and extremely attentive to detail. You should be someone who notices when something isn't right and takes the initiative to find the answer. Because we operate in the luxury space, discretion, professionalism, and an understanding of excellent service are important. Position Details Part-time, approximately 20 hours per week. This is an in-person position at our Carmel studio . There is some flexibility in how the weekly hours are structured. Compensation is $25-$30 per hour , depending on experience.
