Responsibilities:

Answer inbound customer calls with professionalism and enthusiasm Schedule services accurately and efficiently Support field technicians with coordination and documentation Identify opportunities to introduce new services or upgrade existing services when appropriate Meet and exceed performance metrics related to productivity and bookings Represent the Black Diamond brand positively on every call This is a structured, fast-paced environment with measurable goals and clear accountability standards.
