Job Description
Join Our Growing, Patient-Focused Team! We're seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Scheduling Coordinator to join our front office team. This role is central to a smooth, positive patient experience — from the moment they arrive to the moment they leave.
Pay:
~$25/hour, based on experience |Schedule:
Monday-Thursday, 7:45 AM-5:00 PM (4-day work week!) Required Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in a dental front office/scheduling role, within the last 5 years Experience verifying dental insurance benefits and handling related paperwork Comfortable collecting payments and coordinating financial arrangements Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and stay calm in a busy office Preferred Experience with Dentrix Ascend or similar dental practice management software What You'll Do Greet patients with professionalism and warmth Manage appointments, confirmations, and schedule changes Assist with patient check-in/check-out Verify insurance benefits and handle related paperwork Collect payments and coordinate financial arrangements Maintain accurate, confidential patient records Respond promptly to phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries Collaborate with the clinical team to keep the schedule running smoothly Why Join Us?
