No Job Summary We are seeking a Materials Control Coordinator to support materials management, inventory control, warehouse operations, receiving, inspection, processing, storage, parts movement, and distribution for product assembly and manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate is comfortable following work instructions and SOPs, using computers and electronic inventory systems, handling and moving parts/materials, performing inventory counts, and working in a manufacturing or warehouse environment. This position requires the ability to physically move materials between locations using hand trucks or forklifts/automatic lifting devices while maintaining accurate inventory and following quality, safety, EHS, and compliance requirements. Physically move materials from one location to another using hand trucks or forklifts . Physically and systematically receive/deliver individual release orders to internal and external services, quantify and verify inventory. Process products against purchase orders and work orders using an electronic management system. Manage and control important documents necessary for the recording, allocation, and distribution of a variety of regulated products. Conduct cycle audits and physical inventory according to the schedule. Participate in the reconciliation of inventory discrepancies and report discrepancies to the Team Leader. Comply with Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) regulations and policies and quality system requirements. Read and follow work instructions and bills of materials (BOMs) . Perform other assigned tasks and/or special projects. Required Qualifications High school diploma and relevant experience OR Associate's degree. Proficiency in the local language, including reading, writing, and speaking . Excellent knowledge of basic mathematics . Ability to communicate and work effectively with others. Basic computer knowledge and ability to use electronic systems. Strong material handling skills. Ability to use automatic lifting devices . Ability to physically move parts and materials between designated locations. Ability to follow SOPs, work instructions, inventory procedures, and safety requirements . Experience with inventory counting, receiving, material movement, warehouse operations, manufacturing/production environments, purchase orders, work orders, electronic inventory systems, forklifts, hand trucks, SOPs, and quality/safety procedures is valuable. Work Environment & Physical Requirements Work is performed onsite in Noblesville, Indiana . Monday-Thursday schedule. Must be comfortable working with parts, materials, inventory, and manufacturing components . Must be able to physically move materials between locations. Must be able to use hand trucks, forklifts, and/or automatic lifting devices as required. Must follow all applicable EHS, quality, compliance, and safety procedures .
