Operations Coordinator Rossville, IN Direct Hire / Full-Time About the Role We are seeking an organized and reliable Operations Coordinator to support shop inventory, handle shipments, and help keep our crews organized. In this role, you will keep the shop running smoothly so our field team has the materials, equipment, and logistical backing they need every day.
Key Responsibilities Crew Support & Coordination:
Organize daily crew schedules, job staging, and equipment prep to ensure smooth job site transitions.
Inventory Control:
Track, count, and organize shop inventory, tools, and project materials.
Shipping & Receiving:
Receive incoming shipments, verify order accuracy, and stage outgoing supplies for field crews.
Shop & Warehouse Organization:
Maintain a clean, structured, and efficient shop environment.
Supplier & Order Tracking:
Reorder routine supplies, process shipping paperwork, and track incoming material deliveries. Qualifications Experience in shop operations, warehouse inventory, logistics, or construction support. Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail. Solid communication skills to coordinate effectively between shop staff and field crews. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work comfortably in an active shop/warehouse setting. Basic computer literacy for tracking inventory and shipments.
