KLS Underground is hiring a scheduler for City of South Bend water-service replacement work. This person will call and text homeowners, set appointment dates, keep the crew calendar straight, collect field data in Trimble and ArcGIS, and handle other office work. You are the voice of the company before we show up in someone's yard.

Full-time, Monday-Friday Location:

South Bend, IN (office / phone / field) What you will do Call and text homeowners to schedule water-service line replacements Confirm access, shutoff times, pets, parking, and any special conditions Keep a daily crew schedule and update it when plans change Send reminders before the work date and follow up if someone does not answer Track each address: scheduled, completed, callback, or problem Complete Trimble field work and enter / update data in ArcGIS (ArcGIS Field Maps) Help with permits, invoices, vendor calls, and other office duties Stay polite and clear when a homeowner is upset about a street cut or a shutoff What we need Comfortable making outbound calls all day Organized — calendars, lists, and follow-up matter Computer skills: email, Excel or Google Sheets, and a phone/text system Willing to learn Trimble and ArcGIS in the field and office Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Able to start soon Helpful, not required Scheduling or dispatch experience (medical, dental, utility, HVAC, or similar) Any Trimble, GPS, GIS, or ArcGIS experience Spanish Construction or utility office experience Training We will train the right person on Trimble and ArcGIS. You do not need to already know our system. You do need to be willing to learn it and use it every day. Pay:

$30.00 - $35.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 50.0 per week
