Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Scheduler to join our team and drive excellence in our machining and manufacturing processes. In this role, you will provide cross-functional support in scheduling, engineering, and quality to ensure efficient production flow and accurate scheduling. Your expertise will ensure precise, efficient production while adhering to strict quality standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with advanced manufacturing technologies, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and support the creation of complex mechanical components with precision and consistency. Responsibilities Production Scheduling Develop and maintain machine and production schedules to maximize efficiency and on-time delivery. Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed based on priorities, capacity, and customer needs. Programming Support Create and modify manufacturing drawings, CNC programs, and production documentation. Review customer specifications and project requirements to ensure manufacturability. Assist with programming changes and process improvements. Collaborate with Sales and Manufacturing teams to resolve technical issues. Quality & NCR Management Assist with the review, documentation, and resolution of Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs). Investigate root causes and work with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions. Track NCR trends and support continuous improvement efforts. Qualifications, Education, and Experience 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, programming, and production planning. Preferred experience in millwork environment and CNC manufacturing processes. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
