In this role, you will leverage your expertise in data analysis, business intelligence tools, and sales management systems to optimize processes, support strategic decision-making, and enhance overall efficiency. Your proactive approach and analytical mindset will empower teams to meet their goals through insightful reporting, process improvements, and cross-functional collaboration. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced environment where data-driven decision making is at the core of success. Duties Serve as subject matter expert for manufacturing processes and equipment Lead process improvement projects and Lean/Six Sigma initiatives Coordinate daily production activities and team performance Drive KPI achievement in safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency Lead root cause analysis and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) investigations Support validation and qualification activities (IQ/OQ/PQ) Collaborate with Quality Assurance on audit readiness and regulatory compliance Develop and revise SOPs, work instructions, and training materials Mentor and develop Operations Associates I and II Participate in new product introductions and technology transfers Interface with regulatory agencies during inspections (FDA, EMEA, etc.) Support capacity planning and resource allocation decisions Other duties as assigned Skills Associates degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Chemistry, or related field preferred 5+ years of progressive experience in pharmaceutical or medical device operations Deep knowledge of c
