Job Description
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Monitor, track, progress, and prioritize parts through the production flow to ensure timely delivery to the next operation Ability to coordinate the physical movement of parts throughout the organization As required, work with Vendor Management Coordinator to ensure timely processing and tracking of parts at vendors Work closely with leadership to ensure all requirements are completed Assist Program Managers with gathering status updates on action items Develop and maintain reports to highlight needs, deliverables, and constraints as required for internal and customer use Communicate part status and estimated completion dates to leadership as required Support inventory tracking and inventory purge actions weekly Support productivity to development and work order management activities as needed Support shipping function and gathering of cert data required for the shipment The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications: Previous working knowledge of machines, processes, ERP, etc. Ability to lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds Generally on foot most of day; Must be able to and support frequent walking/standing Work safely under functional guidelines; Use of PPE is required
