Join Our Team at Heaven's Halo! Heaven's Halo is a family-owned, veteran-owned home care agency dedicated to providing compassionate care to seniors and individuals who wish to remain safely at home. We are looking for a dependable, organized, and positive Office Coordinator to become an important part of our growing team. If you're someone who enjoys helping others, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can juggle multiple responsibilities while maintaining a positive attitude, we'd love to hear from you! Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls professionally and courteously. Schedule caregivers and coordinate client visits. Communicate effectively with clients, caregivers, and office staff. Organize and maintain state-required paperwork and employee files. Ensure company policies and procedures are followed. Assist with finding coverage for open shifts and staffing needs. Maintain accurate documentation and office records. Provide excellent customer service to clients and their families. Work as a team to ensure smooth daily operations. Complete other administrative duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Previous office, scheduling, customer service, healthcare, or administrative experience is preferred but not required. Strong communication and phone skills. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, email, scheduling software experience is a plus). Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented. Positive attitude with a willingness to learn. Ability to maintain confidentiality.
