Job Description:
Primary Duties and Responsibilities Oversee DSU Operations Office including the management of all reservation requests, office emails, and campus-wide lost and found Oversee assigned events from the initial reservation request to the execution of the event including receiving the request, communicating with the group or individual to clarify any audiovisual or setup requirements, and contracting events Participate in weekly staff meetings to review upcoming events and plan setup for events, communicating plans to setup team Assist in supervising graduate assistants and student staff Participate in Professional Staff On-Call Weekend Rotation Troubleshoot building/room AV systems, submitting IT Requests as needed Oversee upkeep of facility, submitting facility maintenance requests as needed Co-lead Graduate Assistant monthly meetings, assist in planning team development and training activities Ensured safety of building patrons through enforcement of building usage policy and leading of emergency action plans Assist with oversight of Campus Activities Board Other duties as assigned
