United Recovery & Remarketing is hiring a Lot Operations Coordinator - Part Time in Elizabethtown, KY. This is a full-time position. UR2 is seeking a dependable and motivated Part-Time Lot Coordinator to join our team in Elizabethtown, KY. This position offers a consistent schedule of 1520 hours per week and is ideal for someone who enjoys working around vehicles, staying active, and providing excellent customer service. In this role, you'll support the post-repossession process by assisting with vehicle movement, maintaining a clean, organized, and secure storage lot, and helping customers in a professional and courteous manner. You'll play an important part in keeping our daily operations running smoothly while working alongside a supportive team. Responsibilities include:

Process repossessed vehicles and upload photosProperly inventory all personal property within repossessed vehiclesComplete condition reports in a timely mannerPrep vehicles for transport to auctionProvide customer service to debtors redeeming vehicles and personal propertyProvide professional service to transporters and third parties who are authorized on the lotOther various tasks as directed by the Lot Supervisor This is an entry-level position, starting at $15-$16/hour •Note• This position does not involve the actual repossession of vehicles or equipment. We have a very relaxed, informal work atmosphere, and a family-friendly, daytime work schedule. Training will be provided upon hiring.
