Full Time, Tuesday-Saturday, 1st
Shift Benefits:

Position Responsibilities:
This position provides a formalized process for accelerating a participant's experience with operational skills required to be an effective leader Provides experience from training in all departments as well as suits the needs of the business Rotational operations assignments in all departments, including sponsored projects, functional assignments, and development of key leadership relationships Other duties as assigned
Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree with 0 to 2 years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 3 to 5 plus years of specific experience Able to lift a minimum of 25 pounds
