Job Description

The ASR Group® family of companies make up the world's largest refiner and marketer of cane sugar. OVERVIEW

The Bulk Loading Clerk is responsible for assisting in verifying, compiling and coordinating documents and recording information on all outgoing rail shipments in an industrial food facility.

DETAILED ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Checks invoices and orders to ensure they are recorded accurately for outgoing shipments.

Works closely with supply chain, quality, and operations to ensure any problems, damages or errors are corrected. This will involve recording data appropriate to the task, including accounting records.

Responsible for checking as well as the preparation of documentation such as work orders, shipping orders, Bills of ladings, quality inspections, and training reports.

Responsible for reporting outbound shipments to supply chain and operations

Attend meetings and complies reports as needed

Verify employee schedules in UKG

Verify Master Sanitation schedule for completion

WORK EXPERIENCES

Must have a minimum of 3 years in a shipping/receiving position in an industrial facility

Must have experience with checking invoices and orders for incoming and outgoing shipments in a freight department

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

High School diploma or GED is required

ESSENTIAL CAPABILITIES

) Must have excellent time-management and coordination skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills needed

Effective listener and efficient problem solver

Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Excellent data-entry skills are required Ability to supervise worker activities in bulk loading

Ability to work flexible working hours including possible weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed

Knowledge of a computerized Warehouse Management System Experience with SAP is preferred
