Job Description
Overview B3H Corporation is seeking a highly experienced Aircrew/Squadron Scheduler to support the Global Strike Command - Bomber Squadron Operations Support (BSOS) at Barksdale AFB , near Shreveport, LA. The Aircrew/Squadron Scheduler will facilitate flying operations in a dynamic, medium-to-high-stress environment. The ideal candidate will build and adjust schedules to accommodate aircraft mechanical issues, medical appointments, flight evaluations, and weather conditions. B3H is a leader in building winning DoD and corporate teams. B3H provides the full spectrum of strategic planning, program management, acquisitions management, systems engineering & integration, cost analysis, training, systems requirements analysis, and instructional system design for the DoD. B3H delivers quality performance with complete government visibility and control. Corporate headquarters are in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. Responsibilities Coordinate with training officers, Aviation Resource Management (ARM) offices, Unit Deployment Managers, and the Operations Officer (DO) to build schedules that fulfill operations, qualification, upgrade, test, exercise, and continuation training requirements. Develop long- and short-range schedules to ensure full coverage of aircrew, instructor, evaluator, and supervisor positions. Update and publish scheduling data for ground, academic, flying, and simulator training events using Patriot Excalibur (PEX) or equivalent local database systems. Track crewmember availability—including leave, temporary duty (TDY), and medical appointments—to deconflict schedules and meet sortie taskings. Facilitate last-minute schedule changes alongside the current mission commander or operations supervisor to cover unmanned shifts. Correlate sortie lengths and airspace requirements with specific training syllabi. Attend required scheduling meetings, including weekly Special Use Airspace, Airspace Restrictions, and monthly Range Scheduling meetings for deconfliction.
