Respond to customer questions about equipment status, documentation, scheduling, shipping, and pricing by phone and email, with timely, professional follow-up. Connect the teams. Communicate status changes, delays, and customer requirements to lab staff and coordinate with Receiving, Shipping, QA/Pricing, and Accounts Receivable. Support reporting. Maintain tracking tools like the HOT LIST, spreadsheets, and routine reports that help leaders monitor workflow and performance. Provide backup coverage. Cross-train on and support QA/pricing, billing, receiving, shipping, and other ESL admin functions as needed. Help us improve. Spot recurring issues and suggest better ways of working, and help update procedures, forms, and tools.
