- What's the Goal? We want people to connect with God, grow in community, discover their purpose, and go make a difference with the ultimate goal of reaching people and building lives! To represent the culture and vision of Church of the King through the area of Production by passionately pursuing Jesus, upholding team values, keeping a positive attitude, and remaining teachable. Responsibilities
- What do I do?
- Audio Console, Lighting Console, Stream Deck, and Computers. Fill production positions as needed. Attend weekly Campus Staff meetings, weekly Production Team meetings, and any other necessary meetings. Expectations
- What does it take? Knowledge and ongoing training of any gear being used. Vision from the Production Team Lead on the overall culture and direction of the Production Team. Communication between the Campus team and any other departments involved in any event. Preparedness
- being prepared ahead of time is crucial to the success of the service/event. Prepared, Prompt, and Prayed Up! Feedback from the Campus Pastor & Production Team Lead to fully understand the vision and whether or not I am hitting the mark. Lead with questions and be the first one to ask them. Performance Measures
- How do I know I am good at this?
- in going over the event and being honest with myself but also through prayer and listening to the Holy Spirit.
