To represent the culture and vision of Church of the King through the area of Production by passionately pursuing Jesus, upholding team values, keeping a positive attitude, and remaining teachable. Responsibilities
  • What do I do?
Ensure excellence and quality of execution of all production elements at our location as determined by the Campus Pastor and Production Team Lead. This includes all aspects of AVL and any services happening at our location. Recruiting, training, and empowering Dream Team members. Ordering supplies and maintaining production equipment. Scheduling team using Planning Center Online. Programming of all AVL equipment in advance of services
  • Audio Console, Lighting Console, Stream Deck, and Computers. Fill production positions as needed. Attend weekly Campus Staff meetings, weekly Production Team meetings, and any other necessary meetings. Expectations
  • What does it take? Knowledge and ongoing training of any gear being used. Vision from the Production Team Lead on the overall culture and direction of the Production Team. Communication between the Campus team and any other departments involved in any event. Preparedness
  • being prepared ahead of time is crucial to the success of the service/event. Prepared, Prompt, and Prayed Up! Feedback from the Campus Pastor & Production Team Lead to fully understand the vision and whether or not I am hitting the mark. Lead with questions and be the first one to ask them. Performance Measures

That I am fulfilled in my role and that I'm striving to be an ideal team player. Humble, Hungry, People-Smart The end result is the quality of the execution of services and events. Feedback from the Campus Pastor & Production Team Leader. Open communication with Worship & Youth Departments, team morale, and programming. Encountering less detailed preparedness issues such as programmed transitions in event, but remaining flexible to help support the overall Church of the King staff and team. Problem solving and being proactive in developing systems to support the church. Personal evaluation
  • in going over the event and being honest with myself but also through prayer and listening to the Holy Spirit.
