Job Description
Why This Role Every payroll package Netchex sends out starts on our Production floor. As a Production Associate, you'll be part of the team that gets it right — printing, assembling, and quality-checking payroll materials so our clients' employees get paid accurately and on time. It's a hands-on, detail-driven role with a clear path to grow into client-facing and specialist positions across the company. Summary of the Role We're hiring Production Associates to join our Printing Operations team, with both full-time and part-time schedules available at our Covington, Louisiana location . In this role, you'll help produce and process payroll packages with speed and accuracy, keep our production workspace running smoothly, and build a foundation of payroll knowledge that opens doors to future roles at Netchex. What You'll Do Prepare, print, and process payroll packages and related documents accurately and on time. Sort, assemble, and package materials for distribution, following established quality checks. Help maximize accuracy and prevent errors across all printed payroll packages. Meet response and resolution guidelines on any assigned tracking cases. Provide helpful, professional service when coordinating with internal teams. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production workspace. Support year-end processing, including flexibility for overtime during peak periods. Participate in emergency evacuation procedures in alignment with company protocol. What We're Looking For High school diploma or G.E.D. preferred; entry-level candidates are welcome to apply. Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds. Ability to stand for extended periods throughout a work shift. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Schedule flexibility, including availability for overtime during year-end. Customer service experience is a plus. FPC (Fundamental Payroll Certification) is a plus, but not required.
