Job Description

Brief Description Join our Manufacturing team — production, assembly, operation of equipment, and more — and help us deliver an unmatched selection of products made with quality materials and workmanship. The Wax team creates and refines high-quality wax patterns for the lost-wax casting process. The team uses a variety of handheld tools, similar to dental instruments, to shape wax and plastic injections from molds. They will inspect the quality of pieces and remove any flaws from the patterns. The separate wax and plastic pieces are combined onto a common sprue rod to create a tree-like structure also used in the lost-wax casting process. Key Responsibilities Expedite workflow from various departments for test batches, customer recast, & internal orders Ensure accurate matching of requested products for production Process fill lines accurately for specific order requirements Create batches for lost wax casting process Perform manual paper processing operations necessary to fulfill daily work operations Weigh trees for casting and track using our Oracle, the inventory management system Minimum Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent Basic computer skills Ability to handle multiple tasks accurately & efficiently Proficient eyesight capable of detecting minor flaws Preferred Qualifications Additional years of experience in wax casting Summary Stuller is the jewelry industry's largest manufacturer, supplier, and technology developer in North America.
