We are seeking a talented and dedicated Planner/Scheduler to join our team for a Maintenance job site in Plaquemine, LA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and managing schedules, coordinating resources, and ensuring timely completion of projects. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring alignment with project goals and deadlines. Coordinate with various departments to allocate resources and manage project timelines. Monitor progress and make adjustments to schedules as needed to address delays or changes. Analyze project data and generate reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement. Communicate schedule updates and changes to all relevant stakeholders. Identify potential risks and implement strategies to mitigate them. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience in planning and scheduling within an industrial industry. Experience with SAP. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Proficiency in scheduling software and tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
