Job Description

Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Project Scheduler to support the engineering, procurement, and construction of hyperscale, mission-critical data center projects across the United States for a leading energy company. This role will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and analyzing integrated project schedules across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities. The Project Scheduler will partner closely with construction, project controls, supply chain, and engineering teams to track progress, validate schedule performance, identify risks, and support schedule recovery efforts. Serving as a critical member of the project controls team, this individual will provide schedule forecasting, critical path analysis, progress reporting, and change impact assessments to support timely decision-making and successful project execution. Skills and Requirements 6-12 years of project scheduling experience supporting large-scale construction, LNG, industrial, EPC, mission-critical, or data center projectsAdvanced proficiency with Primavera P6 and schedule management best practicesExcel, ERPExperience developing and maintaining integrated project schedules from engineering through commissioningStrong understanding of construction sequencing, planning, and project execution workflowsExperience performing critical path analysis, schedule forecasting, and variance reportingAbility to coordinate schedule updates from contractors, vendors, and internal project teamsBackground in the fieldExperience supporting change management and assessing schedule impacts of project changesAbility to look at both cost and schedulesStrong analytical, organizational, and communication skillsMust be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorshipBachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred but not requiredOmega 365 We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
