Job Summary We are looking for an organized and customer-focused Appointment Setter to coordinate service appointments, follow up with leads, and support business growth through professional client communication. Key Responsibilities Contact prospective and existing clients to schedule consultations and services Confirm appointments and maintain scheduling calendars Follow up on inquiries and service requests Maintain accurate customer and lead records Coordinate with operations teams for appointment availability Provide excellent customer service via phone and email Qualifications Previous customer service, scheduling, or call center experience preferred Strong communication skills Comfortable handling outbound and inbound calls Detail-oriented and organized Basic computer and scheduling software skills

Compensation & Benefits Pay:
