BAYADA Home Health Care has an immediate opening for a Scheduling Coordinator in our Dartmouth, MA Assistive Care State Programs Office . As a Scheduling Coordinator , you will play a vital role in supporting daily operations by coordinating schedules, assisting with client service needs, and ensuring continuity of care for clients throughout Bristol County. None Responsibilities Demonstrate and communicate the core values of BAYADA and The BAYADA Way. Develop working knowledge of BAYADA's mission, services, people, organization, policies, and procedures. Assist Client Services Managers (CSMs) with scheduling and call-out coverage. Coordinate client service schedules to ensure continuity of care. Enter and maintain caregiver schedules and client referrals accurately. Communicate with clients regarding service start dates and scheduling updates. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and caregivers. Support onboarding and training logistics for newly hired caregivers. Collaborate with CSMs and office leadership to support daily operations. Utilize sound judgment and problem-solving skills to manage changing priorities in a high-volume environment. Maintain accurate records and data entry within office systems. compassion, excellence, and reliability. High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of one (1) year of scheduling experience preferred. Minimum of two (2) years of customer service experience required. Strong phone presence and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to multitask and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable working in a busy office with frequent phone and team interaction. Strong computer, data entry, and organizational skills. Healthcare, home care, staffing, or customer service experience a plus. Bilingual candidates (Portuguese, Spanish, and/or Creole) are highly encouraged to apply. Ability to read, write, and effectively communicate in English. Acceptable pre-employment assessment results. Compensation Starting Pay:
