Restoration Operations Coordinator Restoration 1 of Everett Everett, MA Job Details Part-time | Full-time $25 - $30 an hour 22 hours ago Benefits Paid time off Flexible schedule Qualifications Spanish Customer communication Water damage restoration Customer service Driver's License Power tools Hand tools Full Job Description Overview Restoration 1 of Everett is looking for a dependable, highly organized Part-Time Restoration Operations Coordinator / Assistant Project Manager to help manage the daily operations of our water damage and mold remediation projects. This is a hands-on coordination and project support position. You will work closely with the owner and field technicians to keep projects organized, crews scheduled, customers informed, documentation completed, and jobs moving from start to completion. This position has the potential to develop into a full-time Project Manager / Operations Manager role as the company grows. Responsibilities Communicate job assignments, scopes, and scheduling information to technicians. Coordinate water mitigation, mold remediation, demolition, monitoring, and equipment pickup appointments. Monitor active projects and follow up with technicians regarding progress. Communicate with homeowners and property managers regarding appointments, scheduling, and routine project updates. Help resolve routine scheduling and project issues and escalate larger concerns to the owner. Make sure technicians submit required before, during, and after photos. Collect and organize moisture readings, technician notes, drying documentation, and project photos. Assist with preparation of photo reports and insurance-related project documentation. Maintain project status information from scheduling through completion. Helping crews during unusually busy days or larger projects. Skills Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent communication and customer-service skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities. Comfortable coordinating and working with field technicians. Mechanically inclined or comfortable performing basic hands-on work. Comfortable using basic hand and power tools. Strong attention to detail with photos, paperwork and project documentation. Comfortable using computers, smartphones, email and project-management software. Ability to work independently and solve routine problems. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to perform the physical functions necessary for occasional restoration field work, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Pay:
$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
