Job Summary:

We provide comprehensive support to hourly hiring needs for high-volume distribution centers, ensuring operational excellence and a seamless candidate experience. Our team excels in fast-paced environments, working collaboratively to deliver exceptional talent acquisition support and maintain accurate records throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

Deliver an outstanding employment brand experience to all candidates throughout the recruitment process. Coordinate and schedule onsite and virtual interviews while supporting multiple recruiters and distribution center locations. Draft and issue offer letters, initiate pre-hire background checks, and partner with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate documentation. Track applicant flow in real time using ATS, maintain candidate pipeline records, and facilitate new hire orientation preparation.

Required:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 1-2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams) required. Ability to multitask in a high-volume, fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines and maintaining a positive, professional demeanor.
