Job Description

About the Role As a Manufacturing Scheduler, you will drive operational efficiency by orchestrating complex production workflows and ensuring optimal resource utilization. You will play a critical role in balancing customer delivery commitments with internal capacity to maintain seamless manufacturing operations. Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive production schedules to maximize throughput and meet strict customer deadlines. Manage material master data, including lot sizes and safety stock levels, to ensure accurate inventory and cost estimation. Utilize SAP and FastPro to analyze capacity requirements and validate sales order releases. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve material shortages and address production bottlenecks proactively. Monitor exception messages to identify and mitigate risks to the production timeline. Serve as the primary liaison for the Sales department regarding order status and schedule adjustments. Maintain rigorous compliance with
ISO/AS9100
standards and
ITAR/EAR
regulatory requirements. Qualifications Required Skills Associate degree in a technical field or equivalent combination of education and experience. 3+ years of experience in production planning or manufacturing scheduling. Strong proficiency in SAP R/3 Logistics and MS Office suite. Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data and solve operational problems. Must be authorized to access ITAR-controlled information. Preferred Skills APICS certification or similar professional designation. Prior experience within an AS9100-certified manufacturing environment. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
