Job Description

The Holyoke Visiting Nurses Association and Hospice Life Care are looking to hire a full-time scheduler. Actively perform job duties in a manner that will promote and enhance the Agency's mission of providing high-quality services to all of its customers.
Position Responsibilities:
Actively perform job duties in a manner that will promote and enhance the organization's mission of providing high-quality services to all of its customers. Conduct all activities in full compliance with all relevant laws and with regulatory requirements affecting the business of the agency. Comply with the agency's Code of Ethics, Code of Conduct and other policies as set forth by the agency. Participate in the agency process improvement plan through involvement in process improvement committees as assigned by the supervisor, identifying areas for improvement in job functions and reporting these to the supervisor, and performing and recording quality control tasks as assigned. To be courteous and respectful of fellow employees, patients and customers of the Agency. Establish and maintain positive interpersonal relationships that promote a willingness to work with others cooperatively and collaboratively.
Minimum Requirements:
Thorough knowledge of medical office procedures, including computers and data entry High School diploma or relevant education One (1) - three (3) years of relevant healthcare scheduling experience

Clerical Support Schedule:
Full Time, day shift, M-F 8:00am - 4:30pm
