The compensation range noted above represents the base salaries for all positions at a given grade across#the health system. Typically, a new hire can expect a starting salary somewhere in the lower part of the range. Actual salaries will be determined based on the candidate#s relevant experience. No employee will be paid below the minimum of the range. # Responsible for the management of the automated nurse staffing system.# Initiates, coordinates, and monitors staffing schedules in relation to patient/unit activity and each unit#s budget in an effort to provide cost effective staffing for all nursing departments.# Responsible for specific functions related to the payroll process.# Responsible for providing nurse directors/leaders and Vice President of Patient Care Services with payroll reports related to staffing issues and budgetary information.## #
Qualifications:
AD in Business or Office Management preferred; computer course with emphasis on keyboarding, PCs, spreadsheets, word processing, data base systems preferred #
Experience:
Minimum 2 years experience in health care setting preferred; previous experience with computer systems, relative to patient classification system and staffing and scheduling or a similar field preferred.#
