HR & Provider Operations Coordinator (Part-Time or Full-Time) About Us We are a growing specialty medical practice committed to providing exceptional patient care while fostering a professional and supportive workplace. We are seeking an organized, proactive individual to join our team as an HR & Provider Operations Coordinator. The schedule for this position may be either part-time or full-time depending on the experience and qualifications of the selected candidate. Position Summary The HR & Provider Operations Coordinator will serve as a key member of our administrative team, supporting recruitment, onboarding, employee training, and provider operations. This position is responsible for helping ensure the practice remains fully staffed, employees are successfully onboarded and trained, and provider availability, time-off requests, and coverage needs are effectively coordinated. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, solving problems, and supporting the day-to-day operations of a healthcare practice. ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources & Recruiting Manage recruitment efforts, including job postings, applicant screening, and interview coordination Conduct reference checks and assist with employment offers Coordinate new employee onboarding and orientation Maintain employee records and personnel files Assist with policy administration and HR-related compliance requirements Support various HR initiatives and projects as needed Training & Development Coordinate training for new and existing employees Maintain training records and documentation Assist managers with onboarding plans and training schedules Help ensure employees complete required training and certifications Identify opportunities to improve training processes and onboarding workflows Provider Operations Coordinate provider vacation, CME, and time-off requests Assist with provider coverage planning and communication Maintain provider availability calendars and scheduling records Coordinate additional clinic days and schedule adjustments requested by providers Communicate provider schedule changes to appropriate departments Assist with provider onboarding and administrative setup Work closely with providers and leadership to support efficient practice operations Administrative Support Assist with special projects and operational initiatives Prepare reports and maintain accurate records Support leadership with various administrative and organizational tasks Help identify and implement process improvements Qualifications Previous experience in human resources, recruiting, healthcare administration, office management, or a related field preferred Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Professional discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other business software Healthcare experience preferred but not required Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation based on experience Paid time off and benefits package for eligible employees Supportive and collaborative work environment Opportunities for professional growth and advancement Schedule Part-time or full-time opportunities available.
