Books surgical procedures for providers within the medical office.
Books pre-admission testing appointments, surgical assistants as needed, pre-operative and post-operative appointments per protocol within the medical office.
Pre-certifies surgery patients with insurance companies and update as needed.
Communicates with patients via phone and mail with all relevant information pertaining to surgical times, dates and instructions.
Communicates with providers daily with updates to surgical schedules and cases needing review.
Create & maintain financial spreadsheets pertaining to

Job Description:
Roles and ResponsibilitiesCoordinates with AJH surgical services to schedule elective, emergent and all inpatient-outpatient surgical procedures for the surgical providers within the medical practice.Books pre-admission testing appointments, surgical assistants as needed, pre-operative and post-operative appointments per protocol within the medical office.
Pre-certifies surgery patients with insurance companies and update as needed.
Communicates with patients via phone and mail with all relevant information pertaining to surgical times, dates and instructions.
Communicates with providers daily with updates to surgical schedules and cases needing review.

Pay Range:
$23.15- $31.
