Mission:
Bridge DoD operational training with community/STEM outreach for
TIWD Key Responsibilities:
Project coordination across STEM outreach leads, apprenticeship intern influx, manage technical systems training catalog, and execute standard operations staff functions. Must work seamlessly with expanding Local, State, DOW, Joint, and Coalition partnerships while engaging student, highly technical personnel, military, and civilian students.
Core Skills:
staff management, non-DoD personnel management and human development experience (highly critical), adaptable communication, and systems management. Stakeholders include children K-Post-Doctoral, DOW employees, and Joint partners.
Requirement:
Full time on site at Aberdeen Proving Ground Scope of Support
  • Coordinate DE efforts, schedules, meetings, and action-item tracking across TIWD stakeholders and integrated teams.
  • Maintain project artifacts (schedule updates, decision log, risk/issue register) and ensure timely status reporting.
  • Support data integration and analytics activities by coordinating inputs, reviews, and approvals from system owners, TIWD Lead, and ASEA Leadership.
  • Facilitate change control, ensuring updates to requirements, assumptions, and reporting definitions are documented and communicated.
  • Prepare leadership-ready readouts summarizing progress, blockers, and decisions required.
