Heidler, Inc. is looking for a Full-Time Customer Service Representative capable of scheduling inbound callers, dispatching/debriefing with plumbing technicians, and other assistance/support to office staff as needed.

Skills/Qualifications:

Proficient with the MS Office 365 environment, maintains professional conversational skills with customers during times of stress, understanding of cloud based CRM platforms, multitasking, teamwork, communication, data entry.

Notes:

1. Preference will be given to candidates: a) with experience/knowledge of plumbing/HVAC b) who have worked with ServiceTitan 2. Must be able to pass criminal background check and drug/alcohol screening. 3. Must be available to work 8am-4:30pm with overtime as necessary
