- 3:30 PM Industry administrative & support services (Office and Administrative Support Occupations) Reference number S_179668 Job details We are seeking a detail-oriented Service Operations Coordinator to drive shop efficiency, manage customer workflows, and support daily administrative functions.
Responsibilities:
- Create, track, and close repair orders while overseeing invoicing, order processing, and accounts receivable.
- Maintain customer accounts, equipment databases, revenue reports, and general department records with high accuracy.
- Handle expense reconciliations, vendor onboarding, associate setups, and shop supply/inventory tracking.
- Provide phone coverage, follow up proactively on quotes, and partner with shop leadership.
Working hours:
6:30 AM- 3:30
PM Skills:
- Experience or interest in participating in Continuous Improvement Initiatives is preferred.
Education:
High School Experience:
4-7 yearsQualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Prior experience in administrative support, customer service, call handling, and quote/sales support.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and high-accuracy data entry, including invoicing, AR, and inventory records.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stress, deadline-driven environment while multitasking.
- Extreme attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to handle confidential information.
