About the Role You'll help us build and scale our in-house lawn care program from the ground up. Initially, you'll run your own spray route (bed maintenance and lawn care applications) while coordinating 2-4 other crews. As the department grows, so does your role. Run your own spray route and manage quality for other crews Handle scheduling and daily coordination Train crew members on processes and quality standards Identify upsell opportunities and coordinate small projects Manage equipment and ensure crews have what they need Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction Qualifications/Requirements Valid driver's license and clean driving record Comfortable with technology (phone apps, basic computer use) 1-2+ years lawn care, landscaping, or grounds maintenance experience Proven track record of reliability and quality work Pesticide applicator license (or willing to get one) Leadership or training experience is a plus Bilingual (Spanish) strongly preferred If you are in any of the following or similar positions, APPLY TODAY!
