Your journey starts now—protect and innovate with MANTECH! MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Project Scheduler to join our team in the Lexington Park, MD area. This is an on-site position. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Engaging technical SMEs to gather requirements and construct, integrate, and maintain the Integrated Government Schedule (IGS) from the ground up Evaluating project documentation such as Statements of Work (SOW), Integrated Master Plans (IMP), industry Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) to identify information needed to build the integrated government schedule Analyzing schedule data related to programs/projects and/or processes using MS Project, MS Excel, and MS Power BI and making recommendations to leadership Formatting and presenting schedule information and data using OnePager Professional, MS Power BI, MS Project, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and MS Excel Facilitating meetings in support of schedule processes, which include various program or project stakeholders
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in areas related to Math, Science, Statistics, Business, Management, or Engineering and 4+ years of project scheduling experience. An associate's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience, or a high school diploma with 10+ years of relevant experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree Experience with critical path method and networked schedule development, baseline, and status using milestones, tasks, duration, lead/lag, and other standard datapoints/aspects of schedule development, maintenance, and analysis Experience using
MS Project, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in areas related to Math, Science, Statistics, Business, Management, or Engineering Experience with OnePager Professional and MS Power BI Knowledge and familiarity with government acquisition processes Experience with technical program management support
Clearance Requirements:
Must have a current and active DoD Secret security clearance
Physical Requirements:
The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations. The projected compensation range for this position is $88,200.00-$147,200.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
