JOIN OUR TEAM AS A SCHEDULING COORDINATOR IN SALISBURY, MD

InFocus Financial Advisors, Inc., a small boutique firm in Salisbury, MD, is looking for a dedicated Scheduling Coordinator to join our growing team. About Us We're a small, tight-knit firm committed to delivering thoughtful, comprehensive financial planning to individuals and families. We pride ourselves on our integrity, personalized service, and a team-first culture where everyone contributes to our clients' success. SUMMARY As a Scheduling Coordinator you will primarily be responsible for coordinating appointments, maintaining accurate calendars, communicating with clients, and proactively managing scheduling needs.
SALARY & BENEFITS
$40,000 - $50,000 plus structured bonuses. Base Salary will be based on education and experience. Year-end profit sharing contribution up to 15%, 4% 401(k) matching, quarterly bonus, health insurance, and other employee lifestyle benefits.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
REQUIREMENTS:
Manage and coordinate client appointments for financial advisors and other team members Schedule annual, planning, investment review, and other client meetings. Confirm appointments and communicate meeting details clearly to clients Work closely with advisors and team members to understand scheduling priorities and special clients needs Assist with preparing the team for upcoming meetings Help manage incoming calls and client requests Provide administrative and client-service support as needed (such as generating paperwork, etc.) As with any small company job duties have a tendency, and need, to be fluid at times to ensure the company runs smoothly. Because of this the employee should be prepared to assist other departments with different job duties as the need arises to ensure the team effort is executed successfully.
REQUIREMENTS
Experience/Education High School Diploma Additional Certifications are a plus Computer Skills Very proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) Experience with Calendaring Software Organizational Skills and Attention to Detail Great Math Skills Health Insurance Subsidy for

$40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
