  • 16 hours per week (4-hour shifts) We're looking for an organized, detail-oriented Part-Time Staffing Scheduler to join our team!
This position plays a vital role in ensuring our nursing units are appropriately staffed by coordinating daily schedules for our Nurses and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs). Working closely with the Business Office Director, you will help manage the day-to-day staffing schedule, respond to call-outs, and fill open shifts to ensure quality resident care.
Responsibilities:
Assist in managing the daily staffing schedule for Nurses and CNAs. Respond to employee callouts and secure coverage for open shifts. Maintain accurate staffing records and scheduling information. Work collaboratively with the business office Director and nursing leadership. Communicate professionally and effectively with staff regarding scheduling needs. Assist with other scheduling and administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to work independently while also collaborating as part of a team. Strong computer and data entry skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. CNA certification preferred but not required. Previous experience with UKG Scheduling software is preferred but not required. Prior scheduling experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting is a plus.
