Summary:
The Scheduler for Interpreter Services is responsible for triaging need and booking/scheduling interpreter services across MaineHealth. Monitors procedure room schedules to maximize utilization and efficient patient flow. The Scheduler answers basic information questions about Interpreter & Translation Services and provides general customer support on behalf of the department. Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)Education:
A high school diploma is preferred; two to five years of experience in a health care setting is desirable but not required.License/Certifications:

Experience inInterpreter Services field and medical practices and procedures preferred.Additional Skills/Requirements Required:
Skill in coordinating schedules with multiple variables required. Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft windows applications.Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred:
