$25.11 / hour

Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. (Full-Time)

ASAP (Targeting Friday, August 14, 2026) Position Overview Are you tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and passionate about digital organization? We are seeking an Academic Operations Associate (AOA) to join our team for a high-impact, temporary assignment. In this role, you will play a vital part in our system implementation by providing critical data migration and clerical support. You will work closely with the Academic Operations team to review, refine, and polish migrated course content, ensuring our digital classrooms are flawless for the upcoming semesters.
Assignment Duration:
This temporary role runs through September 4, 2026 , with a formal reassessment the week of August 31. Based on project progression and institutional needs, 1-2 positions may be extended through the end of the Fall 2026 semester. Key Responsibilities As an AOA, your day-to-day tasks will focus on quality assurance, digital formatting, and project tracking:
LMS Content Review:
Identify and resolve formatting inconsistencies (page layouts, fonts, spacing, headings, images, and embedded media) caused by compatibility differences between Moodle and D2L.
Data Migration & Tracking:
Accurately log and track the migration of LMS course files, ensuring no data is left behind.
Quality Assurance:
Review revised content to ensure all courses meet strict institutional standards for visual consistency and quality before faculty review for the Winter 2027 semester.
Link & Layout Remediation:
Troubleshoot and repair broken links, formatting errors, and digital layout issues.
Documentation:
