As part of the Kaiser Enterprise, we offer customers a single point of contact to execute a wide variety of critical needs across multiple markets including Data Centers, Battery Manufacturing, Automotive, Aerospace, Renewable Energy, and Healthcare.Role Overview:
Kais-AIR is seeking a Scheduler to coordinate production and project timelines across fabrication and field installation activities. This role is central to keeping data center, e-pod, air handling, and other modular equipment projects on track, aligning shop schedules, material availability, and field installation dates with customer delivery commitments. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working across departments, and able to adjust plans quickly as priorities shift.Key Responsibilities:
Schedule Development:
Build and maintain production and project schedules for fabrication, assembly, and field installation activities. Align schedules with customer delivery dates and key project milestones.Cross-Department Coordination:
Work with production, engineering, procurement, and project management teams to sequence work and identify dependencies. Adjust schedules as priorities, materials, or timelines shift.Tracking & Reporting:
Monitor schedule progress and flag potential delays to relevant stakeholders. Maintain scheduling tools and software used to track production and project timelines.Resource Coordination:
Help align labor, materials, and equipment availability with scheduled work to avoid conflicts or downtime.Continuous Improvement:
Identify scheduling inefficiencies and recommend improvements to production flow and planning processes.Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or a related field a plus. 2+ years of experience in scheduling, production planning, project coordination, or a similar role. Proficiency with scheduling software (such as MS Project) and Microsoft Office. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Excellent communication skills across departments.Preferred Qualifications:
Experience scheduling in a manufacturing, fabrication, or construction/installation environment. Familiarity with ERP or MRP systems. Experience coordinating both shop production schedules and field/project installation schedules.Core Competencies:
