Full Job Description Responsibilities/Qualifications:
Parallel Management is looking for a Regional Clincal Operations Specialist for our senior living facilities. The Regional Clinical Operations Specialist supports the Regional Clinical Director in overseeing clinical operations across assigned senior living communities. This position plays a key role in ensuring regulatory compliance, supporting community clinical leadership teams, conducting audits and trainings and assisting communities with operational and clinical needs. Travel between communities is requiredJob Responsibilities:
Conduct routine chart audits to ensure compliance with state regulations and company standards Perform medication cart audits and follow up on identified concerns Review QuickMAR daily reports, including missed medications and medication exceptions Monitor medication administration practices for accuracy and compliance Assist communities with preparation for surveys and state inspections Conduct Med Tech training classes and skills training sessions Provide orientation and ongoing training for Clinical Management staff Complete Med Tech observations and competency evaluations Coordinate and assist with annual employee skills fairs Train and support clinical leadership teams in conducting Med Tech education and observations Communicate professionally and effectively with vendors, staff, residents, and families Maintain positive working relationships with community teams and regional leadership Provide timely follow-up regarding audits, compliance concerns, and training needs Perform all other duties as assignedQualifications:
Previous experience as a Medication Technician required Senior living experience required Moderate computer knowledge Experience with Yardi and/or QuickMAR preferred Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to problem solve and prioritize tasks effectively Self motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times Working Conditions /Physical Demands:
Must be able and willing to travel regularly between communities Overnight travel may be required Must be able to lift 50 pounds and support 100 pounds Kneel, crouch and bend frequently Must be able to stand for entire shiftSimilar remote jobs
