(k) Employer Match of 50% up to first 6% of eligible compensation Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) $5,000 Tuition Reimbursement for Professional Development Opportunities for career Advancement Flexible Scheduling Options Key Responsibilities Partner directly with the Director of Operations to ensure staffing levels meet daily deployment needs and service level expectations providing regular updates on staffing shortages, overtime utilization, labor costs, and operational bottlenecks. Coordinate shift pickups and fill vacancies caused by call-outs or emergencies and proactively implement solutions Build and maintain the master schedule in Telestaff, managing real-time adjustments and shift swaps maintaining system accuracy, configuring rules, and troubleshooting software issues as they arise. Administer all timekeeping function including time-off requests UKG WFM based on strict adherence to company policy, staffing quotas, and seniority rules. Partner with Payroll to review and approve employee timecards in UKG ensuring hours worked align with the schedule Collaborate with HR on attendance tracking, leaves of absence and onboarding schedules Monitor daily attendance records and issue disciplinary points for policy violations Maintain employee credentials (licenses/certifications) within the system to ensure compliance Physical Requirements Regularly required to use hands to type; regular hearing and speaking Required to sit for periods at a time Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus Qualifications 1-2 years of experience in workforce scheduling or staffing coordination, preferably in an EMS environment Proficient-level knowledge of UKG WFM and Telestaff software is required.
