Position Overview We're seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to develop, manage, and analyze construction schedules to ensure projects are completed on time. You'll partner with project managers, superintendents, and stakeholders to track progress, mitigate risks, and drive successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain detailed schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project Establish baselines and track progress against plan Perform critical path analysis and identify schedule risks Lead recovery planning and recommend corrective actions Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders Prepare schedule updates, forecasts, and progress reports Support preconstruction planning and bid schedule development Maintain documentation for schedule changes, delays, and claims Analyze productivity, resources, and workflow to improve performance Provide scheduling guidance and support to project teams Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field Experience in construction scheduling or project planning Proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or MS Project Strong knowledge of construction sequencing and CPM scheduling Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Preferred Experience on large commercial, institutional, or industrial projects Familiarity with BIM and schedule risk/delay analysis PSP certification (or similar) Why Join Kasco At Kasco we believe in fostering a friendly, collaborative work environment that promotes employee growth, excellence, and success.
