The ideal candidate will have experience with patient management software, medical billing, EMR/EHR systems, and customer service, contributing to an efficient and patient-centered environment. Responsibilities Day-to-day practice operations, including scheduling, patient flow, and administrative tasks. Provide excellent customer service to patients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Utilize patient management software and EMR/EHR systems to maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records. Assist with medical billing processes, ensuring timely and accurate submission of claims and payments. Recognize operational problems proactively and make informed decisions to resolve issues efficiently. Maintain organized records of administrative activities, billing, and patient interactions. Skills Strong customer service skills with a professional demeanor. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently. Pay:
