We are a leading providers of colorectal surgery services, and we are looking to add a full-time Colonoscopy Scheduler to our Southfield, MI headquarters. To be a successful Colonoscopy Scheduler, you should be personable, reliable, and friendly. Our Scheduler spends multiple hours on the phone every day with patients, insurance, and hospitals providing the top-notch service that Providence Colorectal Surgery strives for. You should have experience working with a phone system, electronic scheduling system, emailing software, Microsoft operating and office software systems and be able to prioritize your tasks with minimal supervision. Due to the nature of this position, we will only consider candidates with a minimum of 1 year of phone-phone experience, electronic scheduling system working, electronic scheduling system, emailing software, Microsoft operating and office software systems, and medical scheduling would be a plus. Candidates who have documented experience with eClinicalWorks and Epic and with Colonoscopy scheduling will be moved to the stop of the list.
