Job Description

Carevio Health is seeking a motivated and organized Operations Coordinator to support our growing team. This position will work directly with families during the intake process while also supporting the recruitment and staffing of Direct Care Workers (DCWs). The ideal candidate is personable, organized, responsive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
In Office:
Monday-Friday 9AM-6PM Key Responsibilities Family Intake & Support Conduct initial intake calls with families and gather necessary information. Communicate with families regarding services, next steps, scheduling, and required documentation. Coordinate intake paperwork and follow up on outstanding information. Maintain accurate and confidential client records. Coordinate with internal teams to support a smooth transition from intake to services. Staffing & Recruitment Recruit Direct Care Workers through job boards, referrals, social media, and other outreach methods. Review applications and conduct initial candidate screenings. Schedule and coordinate interviews. Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring and onboarding process. Track candidate progress and required onboarding documentation. Assist with matching and coordinating DCW staffing needs. Administrative Support Assist with scheduling, data entry, tracking, reporting, and other administrative tasks. Maintain organized client, candidate, and employee records. Follow up with families, candidates, employees, and internal team members. Assist with special projects and other operational needs as assigned. Help identify opportunities to improve intake, staffing, and administrative processes. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience in healthcare, staffing, recruiting, customer service, or administration preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organization and attention to detail. Comfortable communicating by phone, email, and in person. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally. Previous experience in home care, behavioral health, or direct care services is a plus.
