This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, comfortable communicating with people, and interested in building long-term experience in healthcare operations and business administration.
Pay:
$15.00 to $18.00 per hour, based on experience

Day shift, Monday through Friday What You'll Do As an Operations Assistant, you will help support the day-to-day operations of Ezra Care and work closely with our office team.
Responsibilities may include:
Answering and making phone calls Following up on documents, forms, and outstanding items Assisting with scheduling and general office coordination Helping resolve routine operational issues Reviewing information for accuracy and completeness Entering and maintaining information in company systems Organizing electronic and physical records Assisting with onboarding and administrative processes Supporting the office team with daily operational needs Learning and using healthcare and business software Completing other related office and operational tasks as needed We are looking for someone who is: Reliable and punctual Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable speaking on the phone Professional when communicating with clients and employees Able to multitask and follow through on assignments Comfortable using computers and learning new software Able to work independently after training Willing to learn and take on additional responsibilities over time Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Basic computer skills required Strong verbal and written communication skills Previous office, administrative, healthcare, customer service, or operations experience is preferred but not required Healthcare/Business experience is not required. Training will be provided. Opportunity for Growth Strong performers may have opportunities to take on additional responsibilities and advance into higher-level operations positions as the company continues to grow.
Pay:
From $15.00 per hour Expected hours: 28.0 - 40.0 per week
