You will work inside retail locations representing our HVAC and standby generator programs.
Your responsibilities include:
Greet and engage customers in a friendly, professional manner Start conversations with homeowners Ask simple questions to identify potential HVAC or generator needs Generate leads for: Standby Generators Schedule qualified customers for FREE in-home estimates Explain current promotions and available programs Represent Holland Heating, Cooling & Electrical professionally Meet or exceed appointment-setting and lead-generation goals You do NOT install equipment or perform HVAC service.
